Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Symphony No. 38 in D Major, K.504 “Prague,”
Edward Elgar: Enigma Variations, Op. 36
Guest conductor Jinwook Park leads the MSO in three very different pieces showcasing classical music's development over the last 3 centuries.
with FREE pre-concert event Sunday 1:30-2 p.m: performance in Orion lobby by Maine Youth Orchestra (MYO) one of the oldest continuous youth orchestras in the state, conducted by Ben David Richmond Get tickets here: midcoastsymphony.org/tickets/ Concert length with intermission: approximately 2 hours. (We regret that Emily Isaacson is unable to conduct this concert as previously announced due to an unforeseen circumstance).
